• Each participant may submit only ONE reel, maximum 90 seconds.
• The reel must be based on the official theme: “Know Vizianagaram – History, Heritage & Culture.”
• Must be original content — copied, re-uploaded, or plagiarised content will not be accepted.
• Follow the official Instagram account (Rotary_vzm_central) and tag it in the reel.
• Use the official hashtags #NavtarotsavYuva2026 and #KnowVizianagaram.
• No fake likes, fake followers, bots, or artificially generated engagement.
• Cash prize will be awarded.
